Լիբանանից 120 ներգաղթյալ տեղափոխող նավ է խորտակվել Սիրիայի ափերի մոտ։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Սիրիայի առողջապահության նախարար Մուհամեդ Հասան Գաբաշը, փոխանցում է Mirror-ը։

Նրա խոսքով` այս պահին 120 մարդուց 92-ը զոհվել են, 20 միգրանտների հաջողվել է փրկվել, իսկ մնացածներն անհետ կորած են։ Սիրիական իշխանությունները նշում են, որ այս պահին զոհվածների հարազատները փորձում են Լիբանանից հասնել Սիրիա՝ օգնելու հայտնաբերել դիերը։

Բոլոր փրկվածներն այժմ գտնվում են Միջերկրական ծովի ափին գտնվող Տարտուսի ալ-Բազել հիվանդանոցում։ Նրանցից ութը ծանր վիճակում տեղափոխվել են վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք։
