ՌԴ-ում գտնվող ՀՀ քաղաքացիները պետք է անցնեն մատնահետքի հաշվառում և լուսանկարում

ՀՀ այն քաղաքացիները, ովքեր

 Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում են գտնվել մինչև 2021 թ․ դեկտեմբերի 29-ը և մինչև այժմ չեն հատել ՌԴ սահմանը և
 ՌԴ-ում են գտնվում ոչ աշխատանքային գործունեության ծավալելու նպատակով՝ 90 օրը գերազանցող ժամկետով
 կամ ՌԴ-ում են գտնվում աշխատանքային գործունեություն ծավալելու նպատակով՝ անկախ գտնվելու ժամկետից,
 չունեն բնակության ժամանակավոր թույլտվություն (РВП), բնակության թույլտվություն (Вид на жительство) կամ քաղաքացիություն,
մինչև 2023 թ-ի հունվարի 10-ը պետք է անցնեն մատնահետքի (դակտիլոսկոպիկ) հաշվառում և լուսանկարում:

Մատնահետքի հաշվառման և լուսանկարման ընթացակարգերի մասին մանրամասն տեղեկություն հասանելի է այստեղ։

Նշված պահանջը սահմանվել է 2022 թ-ի հուլիսի 14-ի 357-Ֆ3 «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների իրավական կարգավիճակի» մասին դաշնային օրենքով և ՌԴ առանձին օրենսդրական ակտերով»։
