Նրա խոսքով, պատերազմը «շատ թանկ» է նստում Ուկրաինայի վրա. քանի որ ամեն ամիս երկիրը դրա վրա ծախսում է ավելի քան 3,5 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար:
