Օգոստոսի 10-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն այցելել է ՊՆ պաշտպանական ազգային հետազոտական համալսարան, մասնակցել «Պետական և ռազմական կառավարում» մագիստրոսական կրթական ծրագրի առաջին հոսքի ավարտական հանդիսավոր արարողությանը:

Միջոցառմանը ներկա են եղել ՊԱՀՀ-ի ղեկավար և պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմը, կրթական ծրագրերի ուսումնառուները, բարձրաստիճան հյուրեր, հրավիրյալ փորձագետներ:

Սուրեն Պապիկյանը շնորհավորել է մագիստրոսական կրթական ծրագրի շրջանավարտներին, հանձնել ավարտական դիպլոմները և համոզմունք հայտնել, որ ստացած գիտելիքները կկիրառվեն ի նպաստ ՀՀ զինված ուժերի զարգացման:

Հանդիսավոր արարողությանը հաջորդել է «Ժամանակակից պատերազմների բնույթի ազդեցությունը ՀՀ զինված ուժերի բարեփոխումների և զարգացման վրա» գիտաժողովը: Պաշտպանության նախարարը կարևորել է  թեման և առաջարկել, որպեսզի մասնագիտական նման քննարկումները պարբերական դառնան:
