Ֆրանսիայի Հարավային համակարգող մարմիների նախագահ Մացակ Փոլադյանի նախաձեռնությամբ օգոստոսի 10-ին կայանալու է ֆրանսահայ համայնքի մի խումբ ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպումը Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի հետ: 

Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում Մացակ Փոլադյանը գրել է.

«Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Սփյուռքի հարգելի հայեր։ Ֆրանսիայում, Փարիզում, չորեքշաբթի օր` 10 օգոստոսին տեղի է ունենալու Հարավային ֆրանսիայի համակարգող մարմիների հանդիպումը Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Մակրոնի հետ։ Քննարկվելու է Ֆրանսիայի ներքին և արտաքին հարցերը՚ օրակարգի մեջ դրված են նաեւ Արցախի այս վերջին իրադարձություների հարցերը, Հայաստանի իրավիճակը ու այն հարցը, թե ինչու է Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը դռներ փակում կամ խոչընդոտներ է առաջացնում մեր Սփյուռքահայության համար, ընդ որում քննարկվելու են ազատ խոսքի իրավունքի սահմանափակման հարցով և քաղաքական հարցով բանտարկված մարդկանց հարցով։ Ֆրանսիայի Հարավային համակարգող մարմիների նախագահ Տոքթ.Մացակ Փոլատեանի գլխավորությամբ»։
