2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 13-ին Արցախի Խծաբերդ և Հին Թաղեր գյուղերի տարածքից  գերեվարված և մինչ այսօր ադրբեջանական բանտերում գտնվող շիրակցիների հարազատները երեկ առավոտվանից Կառավարության շենքի մոտ նստացույց էին անում՝ պահանջելով վարչապետի հետ հանդիպում։

Գերիների հարազատները շարունակել էին իրենց նստացույցը և գիշերել Կառավարության շենքի դիմաց։ Առավոտյան արդեն գերիների հարազատներին վարչապետի աշխատակազմից խոստացել են հանդիպում կազմակերպել, ինչից հետո նրանք դադարեցրել են նստացույցը։

Հարազատները Հայաստանի իշխանություններից պահանջում են գործուն քայլեր ձեռնարկել Բաքվի բանտերում ապօրինաբար պահվող հայ ռազմագերիներին անհապաղ վերադարձնելու համար։
