Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերին նախարարությունը խստիվ դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից վերջին օրերին Արցախի նկատմամբ ագրեսիվ գործողությունների նոր ալիքը և այն որակում որպես հայատյացության դրսևորում, տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության ու կայունության խախտման, ինչպես նաև խաղաղապահ առաքելության վարկաբեկման հերթական բիրտ փորձ։

Այս մասին նշված է Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
 
«ԱՀ ԱԳՆ-ն կոչ է անում միջազգային հանրությանը հասցեական որակավորում տալ Ադրբեջանի գործողություններին և կիրառել համապատասխան քայլեր՝ սանձելու պաշտոնական Բաքվի ապակառուցողական քաղաքականությունը։
 
Արցախահայությունը հաստատակամ է և վճռական՝ իր հողում ազատ ու ինքնիշխան ապրելու և բոլոր դժվարությունները արժանապատիվ կերպով հաղթահարելու մեջ»,- ասված է ԱՀ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունում։
