Լիտվայից ուսուցիչը սխալմամբ հայտնվել է ԵՄ պատժամիջոցների տակ՝ լինելով Լուգանսկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության (ԼԺՀ) վարչապետ Սերգեյ Կոզլովի անվանակիցը, հաղորդում է Delphi-ն։

Նշվում է, որ Կաունասի 39-ամյա բնակիչը պարզել է, որ աշխատավարձ չի ստացել։ Պարզվել է, որ փոխանցումները կասեցվել են բանկի կողմից։ «Նրանք ինձ ասացին, որ ես ահաբեկիչ եմ, որքան էլ դա ծիծաղելի թվա, բայց դա արդեն ծիծաղելի չէ», - ասել է տղամարդը:

ԵՄ պատժամիջոցների տակ հայտնված ԼԺՀ-ի վարչապետի անվան հետ համընկնման պատճառով բանկը արգելափակում է բոլոր դրամական գործարքները լիտվացի ուսուցչի համար։ Կոզլովի խոսքով` դրա պատճառով ինքը շատ դժվարությունների է առերեսվել։ Օրինակ, նա միշտ չէ, որ հասցնում է նորմալ վճարել ծառայությունների համար։

Պարզվել է, որ նա միակը չէ, ով ունի այս խնդիր: Կաունասից ուսուցիչը կապ է հաստատել Վիլնյուսում ապրող անվանակցի հետ, ով նույնպես հայտնվել է ԵՄ պատժամիջոցների տակ: Տղամարդը ստիպված է եղել բանկ ուղարկել վկայականներ, որոնք կհաստատեն, որ ինքը սխալմամբ է հայտնվել պատժամիջոցների ցուցակում։
