Ազատամարտիկ, «Սասնա ծռեր-1» գործով ազատազրկման դատապարտված Պավել Մանուկյանը տեղափոխվել է «Իզմիրլյան» ԲԿ, որտեղ առաջիկայում պետք է ենթարկվի վիրահատության։

«Փաստինֆո»-ն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ Պավել Մանուկյանն առողջական լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի և, ըստ պաշտպանի, նրա մոտ առկա առողջական խնդիրներն անհամատեղելի են ազատազրկման հետ։ Պաշտպանը դիմում էր ներկայացրել՝ Պավել Մանուկյանին «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ից առնվազն «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ տեղափոխելու մասին, սակայն տևական ժամանակ՝ դիմումին ընթացք չէր տրվում, իսկ կալանավայրում հնարավոր չէր ապահովել պատշաճ բուժօգնություն։ Խնդրի մասին Մանուկյանի կինը ահազանգել էր նաև ՄԻՊ-ին։
