Հունիսի 28-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԺ գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, երիտասարդության և սպորտի հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը նիստ է հրավիրել։

Օրակարգում ««Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողների կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ ու լրացում կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծի քննարկման հարցն էր։

Նախագծի հիմնավորումը ներկայացրել է Արցախի Հանրապետության ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Անահիտ Հակոբյանը։

Պատգամավորների կողմից օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ նոր առաջարկներ են հնչել, և հեղինակի կողմից այն հետ է վերադարձվել՝ լրամշակման նպատակով։

Նիստին ներկա էին ԱԺ պաշտպանության, անվտանգության և օրինապահպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սեյրան Հայրապետյանը, Արցախի Հանրապետության ԿԳՄՍ փոխնախարարներ Հասմիկ Մինասյանը և Իվան Պողոսյանը։
