Այսօր՝ հունիսի 23-ին, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան (նստավայրը՝ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա), որպեսզի դատարանը որպես խափանման միջոց երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Երևանի բնակիչ, 33-ամյա Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանի նկատմամբ:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջինս կասկածվում է Արագածոտնի մարզի Նիգավան գյուղում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ սպանություն կամ սպանություններ կատարելու մեջ: Դատավոր Արմեն Պողոսյանը բավարարել է քննիչի միջնորդությունը և Ա. Հովհաննիսյանը դատարանից տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:
