Այսօր՝ հունիսի 23-ին, առեղծվածային դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում։ Shamshyan.com-ի  փոխանցմամբ՝ ժամը 11։10-ի սահմաններում Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության 9-11 ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Փարաքար գյուղում ավտոմեքենա է այրվում։ Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել պատասխանատու անձինք, այդ թվում ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի առաջին տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը, Արմավիրի մարզի դատախազ Սարգիս Մնացականյանը և Էջմիածնի դատախազ Կարեն Խաչատրյանը։ Դեպքի վայրից 1 հոգի ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է Էջմիածնի բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ, սակայն, բժիշկներին չի հաջողվել փրկել նրա կյանքը։

Այս պահին ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի պետի կարգադրությամբ տարածքը սահմանազատվել է։
