Բլոգեր Միքայել (Միկա) Բադալյանը կշարունակի մնալ կալանքի տակ, դատարանը մասնակի է բավարարել դատախազության միջնորդություն։ Տեղեկությունը հրապարակվել է Բադալյանի տելեգրամյան ալիքում։

«ՀՀ ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել մասնակիորեն բավարարել Միկա Բադալյանի կալանքը երկարացնելու դատախազության միջնորդությունը։ Բադալյանի կալանքը երկարաձգվել է մեկ ամսով»,–ասված է գրառման մեջ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Բադալյանը բերման էր ենթարկվել ապրիլի 22-ին Ազատության հրապարակից ու ձերբակալվել։ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրության համաձայն` նա, չունենալով նախապատրաստվող ահաբեկչության վերաբերյալ տվյալներ, ապրիլի 11-ին տելեգրամյան իր էջում սուտ հաղորդում է տվել, թե արտակարգ իրավիճակ ստեղծելու համար Հայաստանի տարածքում հնարավոր են ահաբեկչություններ։
