«Ոսմար» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից Մ-2-Աղվանի-Տաթև-Մ-2 միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի կմ37+500-կմ55+000 հատվածի հիմնանորոգման շրջանակներում Վերին Խոտանան գյուղով անցնող կմ51+060 հատվածում անհրաժեշտ է անցկացնել մետաղական նոր խողովակ։

Վերոնշյալ ճանապարհը հունիսի 14-ին՝ ժամը 00։00-ից մինչև 08։00-ն, շինարարական աշխատանքներով պայմանավորված, փակ է լինելու բոլոր տեսակի տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար։

Թեթև մարդատար տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար երթևեկությունը կկազմակերպվի Նորաշենիկ գյուղի մոտից դեպի Վերին Խոտանանի եկեղեցու մոտ դուրս եկող ճանապարհով։ Մյուս տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար երթևեկությունը արգելված է՝ անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով։
