Ուկրաինայի ռազմական հետախուզության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Վադիմ Սկիբիցկին բրիտանական Guardian թերթին տված հարցազրույցում նշել է, որ Դոնբասում «հրետանային պատերազմ» է ընթանում, և դրա արդյունքը կախված է նրանից, թե Արևմուտքը ինչ քանակությամբ և ինչպիսի զենք կտա Ուկրաինային։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինան այս հրետանային դիմակայությունում պարտվում է Ռուսաստանին և գրեթե ամբողջությամբ ապավինում է արևմտյան զենքին։ 

«Ուկրաինան յուրաքանչյուր 10-15 ռուսական հրետանու դիմաց ունի մեկ հրետանի»,- թերթը մեջբերում է Սկիբիցկիի խոսքերը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինան օրական օգտագործում է 5000-ից 6000 արկ։

«Մենք գրեթե սպառել ենք մեր ամբողջ զինամթերքը և այժմ օգտագործում ենք ՆԱՏՕ-ի ստանդարտ 155 տրամաչափի արկեր», - ասել է Սկիբիցկին:
