Ազգային ժողովի «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ֆեսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Գեղարքունիքի մարզի սահմանամերձ մի քանի համայնքներում խմելու ջրի նմուշները չեն համապատասխանում նորմերի պահանջներին. այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմինը:

Մարզային հերթական այցելություններիս ժամանակ ս․թ․ հունվար ամսին եղել եմ Գեղարքունիքի Վարդենիսի Սոթք, Կութ, Նորաբակ բնակավայրերում։ Բնակիչները տեղում հրատապ խնդիր էին բարձրացրել առ այն, որ Գեղամասար և Սոթք համայնքներին սպասարկող «Տերտերի ձոր» կոչվող հատվածով անցնող՝ 2002թ․ կառուցված ջրատարը, Նորաբակ համայնքի ջրային ակունքի տարածքը, Գեղամաբակ և Ջաղացաձոր համայնքների ջրային ակունքը թշնամու ներխուժման հետևանքով գտնվում են ադրբեջանցիների վերահսկողության տակ: Բնակիչները խմելու ջրից թունավորման մտավախություններ ունեին, ինչի համար ջուրը բերում էին հարակից համայնքներից, որն էլ բազում անհարմարությունների պատճառ էր դարձել։
