ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի Գերագույն մարմինը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

 Հայաստանի օրվա իշխանությունն իր անփառունակ գոյությունը պահպանելու համար դիմում է տմարդի բոլոր միջոցների: Անբարո և հակաիրավական մեթոդներով լայնածավալ հարձակում է կազմակերպել Արցախի հայաթափման և Հայաստանի թրքացման դեմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, Արցախում և Սփյուռքում ձևավորված դիմադրության շարժման նկատմամբ: Կեղծ օրինանակության շղարշով քողարկելով իր հակապետական և հակաժողովրդավարական գործելակերպը,  իրավապահ համակարգը թիրախավորել է շարժման մեջ դերակատարում ունեցող ուժերին ու անձանց, հայրենիքի համար իրենց կյանքը չխնայած, հաշմանդամ դարձած բազմաթիվ հայորդիներին և նրանց հարազատներին:
