ԱՄՆ ներկայիս վարչակազմը չի պատկերացնում, թե ինչպես է պետք պատշաճ կերպով համագործակցել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը։

«Նրանք չգիտեն, թե ինչպես վարվել Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ: Նրանք պարզապես ասում են սխալ բաներ սխալ ժամանակ»,- հայտարարել է նա Փենսիլվանիայում աջակիցների հետ հանրահավաքում:

Թրամփի խոսքով՝ ներկայիս իշխանությունները «ոչինչ չգիտեն հոգեբանության» և ներկայիս իրավիճակը կայունացնելու մասին։ ԱՄՆ ներկայիս իշխանությունների նման անկարողությունն Ուկրաինայի հետ կապված իրավիճակում, ըստ նախկին նախագահի, կարող է միլիոնավոր զոհերի հանգեցնել Ուկրաինայում։

Բացի այդ, Թրամփն ասել է, որե թե ինքն ԱՄՆ նախագահ լիներ, ապա «Պուտինը 100 տոկոս չէր հարձակվի Ուկրաինայի վրա»:
