«Խլել հայրենիքի համառ ձեռքերից»․ պայքարել չցանկացող ռուս զինվորականներին օգնում են

Փաստաբան Մաքսիմ Գրեբենյուկն օգնում է ռուս զինվորներին, ովքեր հրաժարվել են մեկնել Ուկրաինա կռվելու։ Ռուսական հատուկ ռազմական գործողություններն Ուկրաինա շարունակվում են ավելի քան երկու ամիս։  Այս ամբողջ ընթացքում ԶԼՄ-ներում լուրեր են հայտնվում զինվորների մասին, ովքեր հրաժարվել են ծառայել պատերազմին չմասնակցելու համար։

Վերջին հայտնի դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել ապրիլի սկզբին, երբ «Պսկովսկայա գուբերնիա» թերթը հայտնել է 60 զինվորների մասին, ովքեր հրաժարվել են գնալ կռվելու. այժմ նրանց ազատում են ծառայությունից և սպառնում են քրեական գործերով։ 

Մի քանի տասնյակ նման զինվորներին խորհուրդներ է տալիս փաստաբան, «Ռազմական օմբուդսմեն» համայնքիադմինիստրատոր Մաքսիմ Գրեբենյուկը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ուկրաինական Մեդուզա լրատվամիջոցը։
