Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ստորագրել է օրենք, որը պատժամիջոցներ է սահմանում այն ֆիզիկական կամ իրավաբանական անձանց նկատմամբ, որոնք նույնացնում են ԽՍՀՄ և նացիստական Գերմանիայի դերը Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, այս մասին հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Մասնավորապես, օրենքը նախատեսում է, որ խախտման պարագայում քաղաքացին վճարելու է տուգանք 1-2 հազար ռուբլու չափով կամ վարչական կալանքի է ենթարկվելու 15 օր ժամկետով: Պաշտոնատար անձինք տուգանվելու են 2-4 հազար ռուբլու, իսկ իրավաբանական անձինք՝ 10-50 հազար ռուբլու չափով:

Օրենքի կրկնակի խախտումների դեպքում պատիճն ավելի է խստացվելու:
