Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի պատվիրակությունները ժամանել են Ստամբուլի Դոլմաբահչե պալատ, որտեղ տեղի կունենան կողմերի  բանակցությունները, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ի թղթակիցը։

Ավելի վաղ Դոլմաբահչե ժամանած Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ մինչ երկկողմ բանակցությունները տեղի կունենա կարճատև եռակողմ հանդիպում։ 

Նա նշել է, որ Թուրքիան ակնկալում է, որ Ստամբուլում Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի հանդիպումը օգուտ կբերի բանակցային գործընթացին։

Էրդողանն ասել է, որ Ուկրաինայում ստեղծված իրավիճակը խորապես տխրեցնում է Թուրքիային, որը Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի հարևանն ու բարեկամն է։
