Զելենսկին ստորագրել է պետական դավաճանության համար պատիժը խստացնող օրենքը

Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին ստորագրել է օրենքը, որով նախատեսվում է պետական դավաճանության, դիակապտության և դիվերսիայի համար պատիժը խստացնել ընդհուպ մինչև ցմահ ազատազրկում և ունեցվածքի բռնագանձում: Այս մասին ասվում է Ուկրաինայի խորհրդարանի պաշտոնական կայքում:

Օրենքը Գերագույն ռադայի կողմից ընդունվել էր մարտի 3-ին:

Մինչ այդ Ուկրաինայի քրեական օրենսգիրքը պետական դավաճանության համար քաղաքացուն զրկում էր ազատությունից 12-ից մինչև 15 տարով՝ ունեցվածքի բռնագանձմամբ կամ առանց դրա:
