Ուկրաինայի նախագահի գրասենյակը հայտնել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամակցությունից հրաժարվելու պայմանը

Ուկրաինայի նախագահի գրասենյակի ղեկավարի խորհրդական Միխայիլ Պոդոլյակը հայտնել է այն պայմանը, որի դեպքում Կիևը կքննարկի ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելու մտադրությունից հրաժարվելու հարցը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Страна.ua»-ն, Պոդոլյակը նշել է, որ հարկավոր են անվտանգության երաշխիքներ:

Ուկրաինայի նախագահի գրասենյակի ղեկավարի խորհրդականը նշել է, որ ուկրաինական կողմը պատրաստ է առանցքային կետերի շուրջ կառուցողական բանակցությունների:

«Ինչ վերաբերում է քաղաքական հարցերին, Զելենսկին չի վախենում ռուսական կողմի հետ խոսել ցանկացած քաղաքական հարցերի մասին։ Բայց բնական է, որ մենք պաշտպանում ենք մեր ազգային պետականությունը, մեր ազգային իրավունքները: Եվ պետք է ստանանք մեր անվտանգության երաշխիքների հստակ և կոնկրետ իրավաբանորեն պարտավորեցնող փաթեթ այն պայմաններում, երբ ՆԱՏՕ-ն բացահայտ ասում է, որ Ուկրաինայի անդամակցում չի լինի։ Մանրամասների մասին հիմա խոսելն անիմաստ է: Հիմա գլխավորը Ուկրաինան ֆիզիկապես պաշտպանելն է»,- ասել է Պոդոլյակը:
