Կիևին չբավարարեցին Մոսկվայի հետ բանակցությունների պայմանները, ուստի Ուկրաինայի իշխանությունները հրաժարվեցին դրանք անցկացնել, ասել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահի գրասենյակի ղեկավարի խորհրդական Ալեքսեյ Արեստովիչը։
«Ես հենց նոր տեղեկացա, որ Ուկրաինան հրաժարվել է բանակցել, քանի որ այն պայմանները, որոնք ռուսական կողմը փոխանցել է միջնորդների միջոցով, մեզ չեն բավարարում։ Սա մեզ հանձնվելու փորձ էր ստիպելու։ Մենք նրանց ազդանշան ենք տվել, որ հնարավոր խաղաղության պայմանագրի պայմանները հնարավոր են։ Կիևի պայմանները, ոչ թե Մոսկվան»,- մեջբերում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին։
