Ռուսաստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամների նկատմամբ Արևմուտքի պատժամիջոցները չեն ազդի Դոնբասի պաշտպանության համար հատուկ գործողության անցկացման վրա: Այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում հայտարարել է Անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդեւը:

«Այդ «հրաշալի» արգելքները, իհարկե, ոչինչ չեն փոխի, այդ թվում` չեն ազդի Դոնբասի պաշտպանության համար ռազմական գործողություն անցկացնելու որոշման վրա: Այն կիրականացվի ամբողջ ծավալով` մինչեւ բոլոր արդյունքների հասնելը, որոնց մասին ասել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահը. ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս», – գրել է Մեդվեդևը։
