Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին առաջարկել է բանակցություններ սկսել ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման շուրջ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարի ուղերձը հրապարակվել է «Տելեգրամ»-ի պաշտոնական ալիքում:

«Ուզում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ դիմել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահին: Ամբողջ Ուկրաինայի տարածքում ընթանում են ռազմական գործողություններ: Եկեք նստենք բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ, որպեսզի դադարեցնել արյունահեղությունը »,- ասել է Զելենսկին:

Նա նաև քննադատության ենթարկեց եվրոպացի իր գործընկերներին, ովքեր, ըստ Զելենսկու, չափազանց դանդաղ են օգնում Ուկրաինային:
