Ռուսաստանն անվտանգության երաշխիքների վերաբերյալ պատասխան է պատրաստում ՆԱՏՕ-ին և Վաշինգտոնին։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, նրա խոսքերը փոխանցում է РИА Новости-ն։

«Ինչ վերաբերում է մեր եվրոպացի և ամերիկացի գործընկերների հետ հետագա բանակցություններին, դրանք շարունակվում են ինչպես բաց, այնպես էլ փակ», - հավելել է պետության ղեկավարը Ղազախստանի նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևի հետ հանդիպումից հետո։

Փետրվարի 8-ին Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարեց Արեւմուտքին անվտանգության երաշխիքների վերաբերյալ պատասխան տալու մասին։ Մշակումից հետո փաստաթուղթը կուղարկվի Վաշինգտոն և Բրյուսել։ Նախագահը կարծում է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն և ՆԱՏՕ-ն անտեսել են Ռուսաստանի մտահոգությունները անվտանգության երաշխիքների վերաբերյալ և անտեսել են Մոսկվայի հիմնական մտահոգությունները։
