Աշխարհում լարվածության մակարդակի բարձրացումը լրացուցիչ, համառ ջանքեր է պահանջում ռազմավարական կայունություն ապահովելու համար, նախևառաջ ԱՄՆ-ից և ՆԱՏՕ-ից ՌԴ-ի անվտանգության հարցում սպառիչ երաշխիքներ ստանալը: ՏԱՍՍ գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ նման հայտարարություն է արել ՌԴ Նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը դիվանագիտական աշխատակցի օրվան նվիրված ելույթում:

«Իրավիճակն աշխարհում ավելի ու ավելի անհանգիստ և լարված է դառնում: Դա, անկասկած, պահանջում է լրացուցիչ և համառ ջանքերի գործադրում՝ ուղղված ռազմավարական կայունության և իհայտ եկող մարտահրավերներին ու սպառնալիքներին հակազդեցության ապահովման, նախևառաջ՝ հասնելով մեր երկրի համար սպառիչ, օրինապես ամրագրված անվտանգության երաշխիքների ԱՄՆ-ից և ՆԱՏՕ-ից»,- ասել է Պուտինը:

Պուտինն ընդգծել է, որ ԱԳՆ աշխատակիցների ջանքերի շնորհիվ են զարգանում ՌԴ-ի կապերն արտասահմանյան գործընկերների հետ: «Մեր դիվանագիտությունն օգնում է պաշտպանել ՌԴ քաղաքացիների օրինական իրավունքներն արտասահմանում, նպաստում է տարածաշրջանային հակամարտությունների և ճգնաժամային իրավիճակների կարգավորմանը»,- ընդգծել է ՌԴ նախագահը:

Դիվանագետի օրը ՌԴ-ում նշվում է փետրվարի 10-ին:
