Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հատուկ բանագնացներ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի և Սերդար Քըլըչի երկրորդ հանդիպումը, որը կանցկացի փետրվարի 24-ին, տեղի կունենա Վիեննայում հայկական կողմի առաջարկով։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Մևլյութ Չավուշօղլուն՝ նշելով, որ Երևանն Անկարային առաջարկել էր հանդիպել կամ Ավստրիայում կամ՝ Շվեյցարիայում։ 

«Նրանք առաջարկել են հանդիպել Ավստրիայում կամ Շվեյցարիայում։ 2009 թ․ Շվեյցարիայում արդեն հանդիպման անհաջող փորձ է եղել, դրա համար էլ որոշվեց հանդիպել Վիեննայում»,- հայտարարել է Չավուշօղլուն։

Նա նաև հիշեցրել է Անթալիայում դիվանագիտական ​​ֆորումի հրավերի մասին.

«Ֆորումին հայկական կողմի մասնակցության հաստատումը դեռ չի ստացվել»,- ասել է Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարը։
